HEALTHY "HOLIDAY" YOGURT BARK!

Just 3 Ingredients for this scrumptious frozen yogurt bark.

Satisfy your persistent sweet tooth with this healthy quick and easy, low sugar treat.

IT'S GLUTEN-FREE AND PACKED WITH PROBIOTICS!

It's so much fun to make that I can't wait to share it with you right now! Take a look at this quick and easy holiday treat.

JUST 3 INGREDIENTS

One: 2c full fat vanilla Greek yogurt

Two: 1c finely sliced or chopped fruit (dried or fresh)

Three: A handful of mini dark chocolate chips

NOTE: Add 1T honey or maple syrup to your yogurt for a sweeter taste or sprinkle a handful of crumbled walnuts, your choice.

HOW TO MAKE

Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Place 2c Greek yogurt in the middle of your baking sheet and spread around evenly until it's about 1/4" thick.

Sprinkle evenly with 1c sliced or chopped fruit and a handful chocolate chips.

Freeze 4-5 hours. Once frozen use a large knife to break it apart, then store in the freezer.
