THE 'GOLDEN SPICE' OF HEALTH!

Turmeric may just be one of the most beneficial herbs on the planet!

It's been used in India for thousands of years as a spice for energy boosting, detoxifying and an array of medicinal benefits. Turmeric is the spice that gives Curry its yellow color.

Recently, science is starting to back up what Indians have known for a long, long time. Turmeric is a strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory with a parade of medicinal properties. Turmeric benefits are primarily due to its powerful active compound called Curcumin, a bright yellow, natural phenol chemical found in certain plants.

Unfortunately, turmeric (spice) doesn't absorb as well on its own, but if you combine it with Black Pepper, which contains Piperine, you can enhance the absorption by 1000%!

And what's (also) really great about this golden spice?

The neutral taste of turmeric makes it easy to add to just about any scrumptious meal, snack, sauce, dip and dressing.
