BYE BYE SUGAR BELLY!

STOP THE OUT-OF-CONTROL SUGAR CRAVINGS WITH THIS BUTTERMINT RECIPE! 

     A few weeks ago I was thumbing through one of my 25 recipe books, I never use, and stumbled upon these incredible BUTTERMINTS that helped me so much tame my out-of-control sugar cravings during those times when I really needed it.

     Packed with healthy blood sugar balancing fats, I thought I would share these healthy buttermints, so you can squash out your sugar cravings, naturally, while satisfying your ever dying sweet tooth.

THEY’RE SO MUCH FUN AND QUICK TO MAKE!

WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DISH THEM OUT?

I THOUGHT YOU WOULD! 

THE BUTTERMINT RECIPE

Have your organic butter at room temperature.

Mix together 1/2c organic butter, 1/2c coconut oil, 3 Tbsp raw honey (increase to 4 Tbsp, if desire).

Add 10-12 drops peppermint extract, adjust taste as necessary.

Spread in an even layer onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place in freezer 2 hours, then cut into squares. Store in freezer.

NOTE: Add 2 Tbsp cocoa powder for the chocolate version.
