     Dyan here (The Health Coach Is In) to let you in on 5 tips on how to attend all your glorious weddings and still lose weight.

     You're probably thinking, "Are you kidding? Attend all my friends weddings and still lose the weight? But there will be appetizers, a sit down dinner and wedding cake.... How can I lose weight?"

"UGH!"

     Hey, you knew their big day was coming (as if Bridezilla would let you forget), so set yourself up to be successful to stay on your path and to reach your body goal.

     Whether you're in the wedding or attending the wedding, these 5 tips will keep you healthy and still releasing weight.

SO ARE YOU READY TO LEARN THE FIVE TIPS?

HERE THEY ARE!

1) THE 5-3-5 BREATH

You can do this anytime, anywhere and any place and no one will even know you're doing it..... Anytime food is about to pass across your pretty little lips, pause and take the 5-3-5 breath. You'll breathe slowly through your nose for 5 counts, hold for 3 and exhale (out your nose) for 5 and you'll do this a total of 3 times.

Breathing before your delicious meal, your scrumptious appetizers and your yummy cake will 'boost' your metabolism, burn more calories and burn more fat!

2) APPETIZERS

Start with the healthy favorites and then have ONE that you've never tried before that looks dee-licious! Then STOP and go mix, mingle and chat with all the guests, relatives, friends and crazy people you haven't even met yet.

3) SIT DOWN DINNER

 If you have a choice stick with the vegetarian or fish, instead of the chicken or beef. Chew your foods well. Don't let anyone rush you. Eat the best parts of your meal first to heighten your sense of satisfaction.

This way, you won't be nibbling the rest of the day on foods you don't even like!

4) WEDDING CAKE

 Slow down and savor. Truly, enjoy the cake and don't beat yourself up afterword, for indulging. If you just like the frosting, then eat just that. If you wanted a smaller piece, then just eat half.

Enjoy whatever part of the cake that was served to you and don't ever feel guilty for eating the scrumptious morsel, because guilt puts on weight!

 5) OFF-SET WHAT YOU'VE INDULGED IN

 Off-set what you've indulged in by showing off your new dance moves with your husband, your dad, your cousin, the best man, the flower girl, your aunt, uncle or someone you don't even know very well.

Get crazy and dance your heart out and dance the calories away!
