 THE LANGUAGE OF LOVE!

      Between our busy schedules and our long work days, expressing our love to someone can sometimes fall by the wayside. We forget to compliment and the things that say “I love you” either never get said or do not get said enough!

      But I'm NOT telling you this on the love month of the year (February) to hear about the things we forget, I'm writing this to give you some great ideas that may help you remember the wonderful things we can do to express our kindness and love.

YES? 

      Then here are 5 ways you can show your concern and love to your lover, your family, your friends, your neighbors or maybe someone you don't even know very well the LANGUAGE OF LOVE!

 ENTER THE (WELL-KNOWN) 5 LANGUAGES OF LOVE

 PHYSICAL TOUCH:

     Hugs, pats on the back, holding hands, thoughtful touches on the arm, shoulder or face are all the ways to show concern, care and love that bring to a person a sense of security and belonging.

 WORDS OF AFFIRMATION:

     Compliments and hearing the words “I love you” or “you look so nice today” can send a person’s spirits sky-high! Kind, encouraging and positive words are truly life giving.

 ACTS OF SERVICE:

     Anything you can do to ease someone's burden of responsibility. Vacuuming the floors, cooking some meals, car-pooling their kids, walking their dogs, a pick-up at the airport, some errands, a drive to the doctor are truly the language of love that speaks volumes.

 QUALITY TIME:

     Really being there for someone with the TV and cell phone off and chores on stand-by, truly makes a person feel special and loved. Giving your full undivided attention is a definite language of love.

 GIVING GIFTS:

    The perfect gift or gesture shows your thoughtfulness and the effort you took behind the gift. Gifts are a visual symbol of love and are treasured greatly!

 THERE YOU HAVE IT..... THE 5 LOVE LANGUAGES!
