DISCOVER YOUR MIRACLES THIS THANKSGIVING SEASON!

What if you were to wake up tomorrow with only what you were grateful for today? Tell me what that would be like for you? What would you have?

With Thanksgiving approaching (an American celebration), I wanted to talk about GRATITUDE again as a powerful tool to amazing opportunities in your life.

IMAGINE THIS:

Before you close your eyes at night for sleep, you give thanks and count your BLESSINGS to anything and everything in your life that is healing, joyful, successful, inspirational as well as to all those things that are challenging and push you to the edge, because we all know it's the hard times and the difficult relationships that help us grow the fastest and help us grow the most.

And every morning when you wake up, you give thanks again to all these things, the blessings and the challenges that make up your life.

And throughout your day you are grateful for the simple things we often take for granted: a roof over your head, a warm shower, a hot cup of tea; hugs from your friends, kids and grand-kids; kisses from your beloved; compliments from your boss; nourishing food; creative energy; blue skies; pouring rain and sunshine.

GRATITUDE IS AN ENERGY THAT WILL OPEN THE DOOR FOR AMAZING OPPORTUNITIES TO COME YOUR WAY.

It opens the door for life to flow through you. And when life is in flow, MIRACLES happen and soon do all the blessings you deserve in your life!

You can express this gratitude in big ways and small. Small can be as simple as saying, "Thank you for doing the dishes," to your kids or your husband, "Thank you for opening up to me," to your best friend. Or it can be something you say to yourself, "I'm grateful for my job, my health and my family."

So start this week keeping a GRATITUDE JOURNAL. Writing down 3 things that you are grateful for each day, will show you what you have (in life) right now and reduce the empty or lonely feelings (binge feelings) of what you don't or can't have at this moment.

Don't let something be taken away from you for you to be GRATEFUL for what you have today.

GRATITUDE TURNS WHAT YOU HAVE NOW INTO ENOUGH!

A HEALTHY & HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!
