LIVE EVERYDAY WITH BEAUTY & PLEASURE!

     Hello, Dyan here (The Health Coach Is In) to stress again how important it is to bring a little PLEASURE into your life; every day of your life. Because when the pleasure ends the overeating and bingeing will begin.

 LIVE YOUR DAY'S WITH PLEASURE:

     Have your best friends over for an awesome lunch and set a dazzling table with fresh-cut daisies and edible flowers from your garden. Turn on your relaxing CD's, bring out your pretty napkins and plates and plug in your table top fountain.

     Sneak in moments of leisure whenever possible, like reading a book at your favorite cafe or under the willow trees, a hot soothing bath or going for a walk 'without' your cell phone. Invest money in the things that truly make you happy (massage, fabulous vacations, comfortable furniture, comfortable slippers and shoes).

     Maybe you wake up in the morning and gaze out your window and reflect on the beauty of nature and the sounds of the morning birds. Then you get dressed in an outfit that makes you feel happy and expressive.

     Perhaps on your way to work you listen to an audio tape that expands your mind, and then eat your lunch outdoors in a serene peaceful setting.

     Maybe on your way home, you decide to stop off and buy yourself some beautiful, fragrant flowers for your kitchen table. And then in the evening you chat for an hour with your neighbor, mom, aunt or grandma and then pop in a great movie you've been longing to see.

LIVE YOUR LIFE WITH PLEASURE:

     Always surround yourself with beauty, like a clean, decorated apartment/house or drive around lakes, ponds, forests or oceans.

     Hang beautiful pictures on your wall or wind chimes near your garden. Maybe build a waterfall, a relaxation garden or a reflection pond or just get out and walk through a beautiful tree lined neighborhood.

     GIVE YOURSELF PLEASURE IN EVERY MOMENT:

     Perhaps you need to adjust your sitting, put a pillow behind your back, snatch a blanket or pour that glass of wine or tea you were thinking of enjoying.

     If you're feeling thirsty, get up and go grab yourself a refreshing glass of water, put it in something fun and add a tangy lime. While up turn on your favorite music you'd like to listen to. Give yourself any little pleasure you can, at any moment you can.

BECAUSE WHEN THE PLEASURE ENDS THE OVER-EATING BEGINS!

WHAT TO DO NOW

     Get in the HABIT of doing things, even small things, to bring more beauty and pleasure into your life. Give yourself a little pleasure every day until it becomes completely natural and automatic.
