WHAT IF YOU COULD GO ON A RELAXING VACATION EVERYDAY?

How would you feel?
With all the to-do-it-all-and-then-do-more lists we compile of things to do every single day, wouldn't it be great to try something different, like when you’re on a vacation?
Just for today, forget the old to-do-list packed with all its anxiety-inducing stuff that makes you want to turn to the Vodka at 9am and pull all your hair out by noon....yikes!
Just for today, how about reframing your list and instead create a super simple, clean, refreshing list that makes you smile when you look at it?
A list that makes you feel at ease and calm like you're lying in a Zen garden and being oiled head to toe with rosemary essence while the sun kisses your face and the wind tickles your toes.
Think about things that you do just because they feel good in the moment and are good for your soul, not because they get you to any particular point or achieve any set goal.

Step outside into the sunshine for ten minutes....'cos it feels soooo goooood!
Lay down on your comfy couch and close your eyes and just breathe, especially after looking at your To-Do-List!
Go outside and walk on a beautiful path when you're supposed to be calling & emailing, calling & emailing!
Make a cup of passion flower tea and drink it while doing nothing else!
Take a candlelit bath, instead of shopping for birthday gifts online before bed!
Put your feet up on your desk and daydream guilt-free!
Fantasize about your desires, instead of worrying about all the things you have to do!
Cuddle with someone (your husband, your wife, your dog, cat or pillow) 'cos it feels soooo gooooood!
Take a few moments to wrap yourself in warm towels, right from your dryer!
Stop your errands and dance to your favorite music on full blast!
Sit in your comfy easy chair and pop in a movie you've been longing to see!
Take just a moment and imagine a place where you felt completely calm (the beach, the mountains, the forest, sleeping on a soft blanket).
DON'T WAIT.... START TODAY!
