HOW TO STRENGTHEN YOUR 'CORE' WITH ONE LITTLE MOVEMENT!
People ask me all the time, as if I'm a fitness trainer, "Can you strengthen your core muscles without performing stomach crunches?"
And without hesitation I answer,
"YES! You absolutely can!"
Hello, Dyan here (The Health Coach Is In) to show you something I learned from my ‘Fitness Coach’ on how to strengthen your core muscles with just a little movement everyday.
In just minutes a day, you're going to strengthen your stomach muscles when you're SITTING, STANDING, WALKING and even LAYING DOWN.
AND IT'S SO SIMPLE TO DO
Just stand or sit-up straight with your shoulders back to open your heart and then pull-in your stomach muscles, hold for 6 slow counts and release. Flex, Hold, Release.... Flex, Hold, Release. Do this as many times as you are comfortable and don't forget to breathe while flexing IN and letting OUT.
You can practice this core movement while watching TV, texting, talking on the phone, at your computer, on an airplane, walking around and even waiting in your car at a stop light.
WHAT TO DO
Integrate the Flex, Hold and Release CORE MOVEMENT into your everyday life, while sitting, standing or laying down. Walk with your shoulders back and your stomach in. Give yourself a strong confident posture, more stability and some nice tight Abs.
Strengthening your CORE muscles will create a solid base for your body.
