MAKE YOUR FOODS REAL FOODS!

What do I mean by Real Foods?

Funny you should ask, because this brings me to a question I get asked a lot from my family & friends.

So what exactly do I mean by REAL FOODS?

It's food that is unprocessed or minimally processed. If you're not sure about that; you can ask yourself if the food is something you would find from nature and the earth. Real food comes packaged with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other nutrients our bodies need to thrive.

These are the types of foods that give us energy instead of leaving us feeling hungry again a short time later. Real foods can also help with reaching your body goal and staying there, as well as, your overall health and feeling of well-being.

SOME EXAMPLES INCLUDE:

Vegetables

Fruit

Nuts

Seeds

Legumes

Animal Protein

Seafood

Lake and River Fish

WHAT TO DO

Most Americans don't get nearly enough vegetables and fruits in their diet, so this is a great place to start.

Go to your favorite grocery store and your favorite Farmer's Market and buy all the glorious vegetables and fruits that you love. Come home and stock them in your fridge and pantry and start adding 1 serving of fresh fruit and 4 servings of fresh greens and veggies everyday to your healthy life!

Sometimes we just have to teach our body to eat well because it's so used to not feeling well and it just doesn't know any better.

HERE'S A "REAL FOOD" RECIPE YOU CAN TRY TODAY!
